Una vez confirmada la fecha, el día previo abrirá la oficina de regatas, en la capitanía de Marina Rubicón, donde se harán las inscripciones y entrega de instrucciones de regata definitivas, entrega de pegatinas para las velas, camisetas y otros elementos de publicidad del evento relacionados con la organización.
Este evento se navegará en la clase Open Foil. sólo se permitirá la inscripción a 20 participantes entre locales experimentados y regatistas internacionales reconocidos. Aún así, si quisiera participar en la regata, sin haber recibido invitación, podrá enviar un email a la organización con su información y petición, que el club estudiará o le pondrá en lista de espera por si fuera posible añadirle a la lista de inscritos.
Las inscripciones de regatistas se realizarán online antes del 23 de abril del 2021 a través del correo del club windsurfloscharchos@gmail.com. La cuota de inscripción a los participantes es de 80€. El Comité Organizador se reserva el derecho de aceptar inscripciones fuera de plazo.
Cada patrón deberá registrarse y firmar personalmente el formulario de registro en la Oficina de Regatas antes de las 19:00 horas del día 23 de abril del 2021 (o día previo a la fecha de confirmación de la regata).
El registro de Participantes queda condicionado a la presentación, antes de la hora señalada, de los siguientes documentos:
- Licencia Federativa Habilitada de Deportista 2021 o equivalente internacional.
- Formulario de Sometimiento a las Reglas Específicas de la Pandemia.
- Formulario de localización personal.
- En caso de regatistas no españoles o sin residencia legal, seguro de responsabilidad civil a terceros con una cobertura mínima de 100.000€
- DNI, pasaporte o documento acreditativo equivalente.
- Justificante de haber abonado la cuota de inscripción
Once the date is confirmed, the regatta office will open the day before, in the Marina Rubicón captaincy, where the inscriptions and delivery of final regatta instructions will be made, delivery of stickers for the sails, t-shirts and other items of event advertising related to the organization.
This event will be navigated in the Open Foil class. Only 20 participants will be allowed to register among experienced locals and recognized international sailors. The registrations of sailors will be made online before April 23, 2021 through the email of the club windsurfloscharchos@gmail.com. The registration fee for participants is € 80. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept registrations after the deadline.
Each skipper must register and personally sign the registration form at the Race Office before 7:00 p.m. on April 23, 2021 (or the day before the date of confirmation of the regatta).
The registration of Participants is conditioned on the presentation, before the appointed time, of the following documents:
- Authorized Federative Athlete License 2021 or international equivalent.
- Form for Submission to the Specific Rules of the Pandemic.
- Personal location form.
- In the case of non-Spanish sailors or without legal residence, third party liability insurance with a minimum coverage of € 100,000
- ID, passport or equivalent supporting document.
- Proof of having paid the registration fee
